Colton mentioned that he believed it would be beneficial for me to record my thoughts and reflections into some sort of tangible medium. It seemed like a reasonable idea. I'm that aware Helmut keeps such a log; perhaps it helps him organize the events of the day. At any rate, we'll see how this proceeds.
